ACC Information
An Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Approval Form is to be submitted prior to starting a modification to your home such as painting, installing a new roof, or adding a patio cover to your home. It is important that you complete the application and submit the form and samples of the materials (paint or shingle samples), that will be used in your home improvement project. After you receive ACC approval, you may start your home improvement project.
ACH Program
The best way to make your assessment payment is by signing up for the ACH “Automatic Debit Program” offered by Randall Management at no additional charge. Once you are on the ACH Debit Program, you don’t have to worry about late payments or your payment getting lost or misplaced in the mail. The ACH form can be printed by selecting the link below.
