ACC Information

An Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Approval Form is to be submitted prior to starting a modification to your home such as painting, installing a new door or new windows, or installing exterior decorations, or any structural modifications. It is important that you complete the application and submit the form along with material,samples, and product information, that will be used in your home improvement project. After you receive ACC approval, you may start your home improvement project.
