Monthly Assessment

Each building on the property is assessed a monthly maintenance fee. The monthly maintenance fee is due on the 1st of the month and is late on the last day of the month. The Association strictly adheres to the collection policy to assure that all owners pay their assessment in compliance with the Association Documents. Randall Management (RMI) offers free payment plans prior to the account being referred to the Association’s Attorney for legal action.

Financial Statement and Audit

Monthly Financial Statements are prepared by Randall Management and are available to all owners. Each year the Association is audited by a Certified Public Accountant. Copies of the most recent audits are available to the owners. Please remember that audits are conducted at the close of each year. The prior year audit is available by July of the following year.
