ACC Information
An Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Approval Form is to be submitted prior to starting a modification to your home such as painting, installing a new roof, or adding a patio cover to your home. It is important that you complete the application and submit the form and samples of the materials (paint or shingle samples), that will be used in your home improvement project. After you receive ACC approval, you may start your home improvement project.
