Financial Information

Monthly Assessment:

Monthly Assessments are due on the 1st of each month and late on the 15th. The Association strictly adheres to the collection policy to assure that all the owners pay their assessments in compliance with the Association Documents. Randall Management (RMI) offers free payment plans prior to the account being referred to the Association Attorney for legal action.

Financial Statements and Audits:

Monthly Financial Statements are prepared by Randall Management and are available to all owners. Each year the Association is audited by a Certified Public Accountant. Copies of the most recent audits are available to the owners. Please remember that audits are conducted at the close of each year. The prior year audit is available by July of the following year
