ACC Information
An Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Approval Form is to be submitted prior to starting a modification to your home such as painting, replacing the roof, installing new doors, new garage doors, new windows, driveway or sidewalk improvements or landscape modifications. It is important that you complete the application and submit the form along with material samples and product information to be used in your home improvement project. After you receive ACC approval, you may start your home improvement project.
